Do you accept OEM/ODM services?
Yes, absolutely. OEM and ODM are our core services.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM projects, our minimum order quantity is typically 1000 units per model.
For ODM projects, the minimum order quantity can be flexibly adjusted depending on the complexity of the project. We are happy to discuss your specific needs with you.
Can I get a free sample? How long does it take?
We can provide sample units for evaluation.
Samples are usually provided for a fee, which will be deducted from your first bulk order. Sample lead time is generally 7-10 days. Shipping cost is borne by the client.
What is your production lead time for a container?
For standard orders, the delivery cycle is approximately 30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all order details, and after confirming the packaging design.
This timeframe ensures effective quality control and stable production.
What is your main market? Can you develop products for my region?

Our R&D team is experienced in developing products that meet specific regional safety standards and consumer preferences (e.g., voltage, gas type, design).
Can you accept a small order?
Yes, we are a source factory.
To support our clients’ business development, we keep a certain amount of stock with fixed configurations for them to test products, and we offer drop shipping services. However, drop shipping is limited to a single style and color, and is done by the carton; we do not accept drop shipping of mixed colors within the same carton.
If you require small-batch customization, we can also accept it, but the price will be higher and will need to be scheduled according to our existing production plan. Small-batch customization will increase our costs for materials and line changes etc, thus raising the price. Thank you for your understanding.
We strongly recommend that you consider full-truckload/full-container customization when your business volume reaches a certain scale, which is our standard business model. Full-truckload/full-container purchasing can help you save more costs and make you more price-competitive in the market.
What’s your payment of terms?
Normally, for custom orders, we require 30% of the total amount to be paid by T/T as a deposit upon order placement, and the remaining 70% against a copy of the Bill of Lading.
For spot purchases intended for resale, we require 100% T/T in advance before shipment.
However, if you are our national or regional agent, we will offer you credit terms and product support.
How do you handle shipping and logistics?
We have extensive experience in international shipping. We typically arrange FOB sea freight for you.
We will recommend the most cost-effective and reliable solution based on your order and destination.
What if the products have problems after receiving them?
We offer a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects.In the rare case of quality issues, please provide photos/videos as evidence.
We will promptly troubleshoot and propose a solution, which may include sending replacement parts or, in severe cases, compensation according to our warranty policy.
How do you ensure product quality?
Product quality is integral to our full-process quality control system:
Incoming Quality Control (IQC): We perform comprehensive inspections on all incoming raw materials and components.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): We conduct random inspections of semi-finished products during the manufacturing process.
Final Quality Control (FQC): We carry out random sampling checks on the finished goods before they leave the factory.
What certifications or patents does your company have?
We operate a fully certified manufacturing and quality system. Our factory is certified under BSCI (amfori BSCI) for social accountability and ISO 9001 for our Quality Management System.
